About Us

The Villa Marina Council is comprised of the representatives of the HomeOwners' Associations in the Villa Marina Community.

The council meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except December. Meetings start at 7:30 p.m. and generally finish by 9 p.m. Meetings are routinely held at the Commmunity Building in Burton Chace Park.

All Residents - owners and renters - of the Villa Marina Community are encouraged to attend.

Topics in general include: safety, surrounding development projects, vendor recommendations, and the latest 'hot topic'.

Guest speakers are announced via "The Villa Views", a newsletter is distributed monthly to residents.
