THE VILLA MARINA COMMUNITY

Welcome to the Villa Marina Council web site and to the 18 Villas at Marina del Rey. Nestled by the Pacific Ocean, the residents of the Villa Marina Community enjoy some of the best and most consistently beautiful year-round weather in the world. There is plenty to do in the marina including sailing, biking, skating, water sports, jogging, hiking, boating, sitting in the park, or taking a leisurely walk through lush landscaping with trees, plants and flowers all saying "look at me".

Residents, who are very busy with work and family, still find time to organize programs and ideas that promote the beauty, safety, welfare and maintenance of the Villa Marina Community. In 2006 their efforts were recognized by the City of Los Angeles through Councilman Bill Rosendahl’s office, with a certificate recognizing this as an "Award Winning Community."
